1. Place of shipment and delivery time
    Shipping country: All orders are dispatched from the warehouse in Sweden and are subject to the EU green phytosanitary standards.
    Processing time: Orders will be dispatched within 15 to 30 working days after successful payment (this period may be extended for customized products or special varieties).
    Transportation method: Select the logistics provider based on the type of goods (such as PostNord/DHL). Fresh plants are packaged in constant temperature and moisture retention.
  2. Delivery range and cost
    Coverage area: Priority is given to delivery within the European Union. For other countries, please contact customer service to confirm feasibility.
    Shipping fee calculation: The shopping cart automatically generates shipping fees based on weight/destination. Free shipping within the EU is available for orders over 150 euros.
  3. Special Precautions
    Plant Health Commitment: A second quality inspection will be conducted before shipment. In case of extreme weather, the inspection may be delayed to ensure the survival rate.
    Tracking service: After shipment, you will receive an email with the logistics tracking number, which can be checked on the official website or the carrier’s official website.
  4. After-sales service and liaison
    Delay/out-of-stock: If the goods are not dispatched within 30 days, we will notify you by email and provide a compensation plan (discount/refund).
