Handling of exceptional cases If the goods you receive have the following problems, please contact customer service (email: deathaneity@accesseplant.com) within 24 hours after signing for receipt and provide evidence (such as photos/videos), we will negotiate a solution: Severe transportation damage (such as broken potted plants, complete withering of plants); The goods are seriously inconsistent with the order (such as sending the wrong variety or quantity).
Customer Notice Inspection suggestion: Please check the condition of the goods on the spot when signing for them. If any problems are found, please refuse to accept them and contact us immediately. Preserve the vouchers: Keep the original packaging, labels and problem evidence for verification. Solution: If it is verified to be a responsibility issue, we may offer reissuance or store points compensation (no cash refund).
